I never danced with the intent to pursue it.

To compete. Perform. Be the best. Etc.

I never cared about being “versatile” but what I really wanted was to find my most authentic self.

I didn’t know who that was.

I was seeking self-awareness.

Overtime I realized,

MoveMeant is a practice of articulating your consciousness (mind, emotions, spirit) with your physical body.

Your thought patterns, emotions, habits, fears, beliefs, judgements, masks, authenticity, is revealed through it.

And when you study your physical movement,

you can begin to understand your own internal world.
